In regards to your request (application) for child benefits the following this is a much used expression in Dutch, basically meaning â€˜we want to tell you the followingâ€™. In order to process / judge your request with a maximal backdate I donâ€™t know how to say this correctly in English â€“ what they mean is they have to judge what the startdate, some time in the past, should have been so they can give the requester the maximum amount of money he is entitled to we need a declaration from Interflex stating that you have worked there. The statement is attached, you can have it filled in there (have Interflex fill it in). In addition we need proof of your job activities (what kind of work you were doing) in Poland until November 2006. (the question mark shouldnâ€™t be in the request) Please fill in the form and send it back before 16 May 2008. (Literally: would you please send the filled-in form backâ€¦) If we donâ€™t hear back from you we will start your request from 14 May 2007.
