Hi guys!
I see this text is causing some problems. The first two translations were rejected, but the reasons were different in each case, so I think it's better to bring some light upon it.
In English it's like this:
I want to ask you how are you (how are things going) and what's new over there. At the office, everything is the same: the boss is still a scum (a worthless man, literally), he's behaving quite badly, the boys, everything is OK."
* The bad behaviour refers only to the boss, in general, not towards the other boys in the office only. In the original appears a comma too before "băieţii" (the boys), and the last "everything is OK" should be related to them more, like the rest is OK at the office. It's an enumeration: the boss - behaving badly, the boys, everything is OK.
I hope the text's meaning is clearer now.
