Look my friend. I love to you see you through the web cam, but I do not always understand what you write to me. I think it is a little complicated, but I think that you are patient with me by waiting until I understand.
I work as an administrative assistant, there is a lot of paperwork to do, lots of things to administrate, I deal with financials. " It should read: "but I think that you are patient with me by waiting until I understand . "I work as an administrative assistant" What do you think?
