Major responsibilities of mine at work were to provide sales service in a way to keep the customer satisfaction at maximum level by using the required sales techniques such as cross-selling or presentation of alternative product ; to know the procedures of the store such as transfers or promotions and to apply them correctly; to attend the operations such as visual arrangements, assignation of team on the course of proceeding of the store; to inform the senior management on issues such as increasing or decreasing demand of products or applications of the rival firm; and to keep in touch with the store staff and the other stores constantly.
