Should we accept this text?
(no conjugated verb, so maybe we could accept it as an idiomatic expression, as if "I congratulate you " had been used instead of "grattis"?

I agree that we should accept this as an idiom Franck! I think "Grattis" is the most common way to say: I congratulate you.

You are welcome Franck!! The only problem with this text (misspellings) is that it can be interpreted in 2 ways, either "Congratulations on your big day, hug(s)" or "Congratulations on the big day, hug(s)". I think I will leave it to the translator to decide, since it's a "meaning only" -request.
