Hi Sunny!

I have some suggestions but please tell me if there is a change in the meaning

"umarım ki yazdıklarının tümü içtenlikledir."

"Ne yazık ki birbirimizin dilini bilmiyoruz." ( or it should be the alternative sentence you wrote beneath the translation)

"Ama sonra/ ozaman da birbirimizi kelimesiz anladık."

Hi Cheesecake!

Thanks a lot for your corrections, they are totally fine and don't change the meaning. I've edited my translation now

And could you explain me, please, what is the difference between: "içtenlikle" and "içtenlikledir" Why should we put "-dir" suffix here?

Actually there is no difference in meaning but structurally it's wrong, it's like saying "I hope you happy" (instead "you are happy" ) so the sentence left unfinished. And also, "içtenlik" is a noun and in order to finish the sentence it should take "dir" at the end.
I hope it's clear.

Hmmmm... yes I know it but I thought we don't have to use it in our daily life, but only in the official speech or something like that. For example, should we use "dir" if we say "Bugün hava çok güzel"? I thought we don't have to... Or they are not same? Just I'm trying to understand

Yes, you are exactly right, such suffixes as "dir" are usually used for formal cases. But in this case, I think it's something speacial with the verb "ummak"; it has to take -dir (both in formal and normal speaking), otherwise the sentence doesn't seem right. We can say "Bugün hava güzel" but we cannot say "Umarım hava güzel", we have to say "Umarım hava güzeldir(we can also say "havanın güzel olduğunu umarım)
I think it's because when we are talking about something uncertain, some kind of predictions we use "dır,dir, dur,dür". Because there are some other cases that we should use them.
I'm sure it is quite difficult to understand for a non-native

There are some special occasions for these suffixes. You can have a look at here, maybe it helps a little more

I think there is no need to the word "da" in "Ama o zaman da birbirimizi..."

You are right yunatan, I am going to edit that part.

Sunny, the last question,
Is it "Bil ki seni hep bekliyorum" or "Biliyorum ki beni hep bekliyorsun?"
