وأبدى الطرفان رغبتهما بتوثيق تصادقهما على الزواج وبعد أن عرّفتهما بالموانع الشرعيّة والقانونيّة أكدا خلوّهما منها, كما قرر كل منهما خلوّه من الأمراض الّتى تجيز التفريق

تصادق على قيام الزّوجية بين كلاً من ..........
والمعاشرة دون انقطاع من تاريخ ....... بموجب إقرارهما

وقد صار هذا التصادق بحضور المتصادقين بعد التأكد من خلوّهما من جميع الموانع الشرعيّة والقانونيّة وتعريفهما التعريف الشرعى وأن الزّوجين بلغا السن القانونية وقت العقد.

Dokument der Vermählungsbestätigung

Beide Seiten drücken ihren Wunsch aus, ihre Vermählungsbestätigung zu dokumentieren, und nachdem ich ihnen die religiösen und gesetzlichen Hinderungsgründe erläuterte, betonten sie, dass keine davon exisitierten, und jeder von ihnen bestätigte, frei von Krankheiten zu sein, die eine Trennung erlauben würden.
Es wurde bestätigt, dass die beiden ... und ... entsprechend ihren Angaben vermählt sind und seit dem Datum ... ununterbrochen zusammenleben.
Diese Bestätigung wurde in Gegenwart der zwei Zeugen nach Feststellung des Mangels jeglicher religiösen und gesetzlichen Hinderungsgründe und nachdem ihnen entsprechend des heiligen Gesetzes erklärt wurde, dass die beiden Ehepartner zum Zeitpunkt der Trauung volljährig waren durchgeführt.

It was ratified the establishment of marriage between them from … and uninterrupted cohabitation since the date … according to their acknowledgement.
This ratification was done in the presence of the two ratifiers after establishing the absence of all religious and legal obstacles and making known to them according to the religious law, and that the two spouses had reached the legal age at the time of the marriage.

all sounds good except the line:
"It was ratified the establishment of marriage between them from "
should be
"This is a retification of marriage between both ... " [it should continue to say and ... but this part has been ommitted]
and instead of Religions, the word "Legitimate" can be used
