Funnel Chanterelle Soup

1 dl dried Funnel Chanterelles
2 big shalots, finely chopped
4 table spoons of butter or margarine
4 table spoons of wheat flour
1.2 l water
2 dices of vegetable stock
2 dl crème fraiche (not diet!)
1 teaspoon of tomato puree
2/3 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
just under 1/2 teaspoon of pressed lemon
finely chopped chives
Preparation: Tear apart most of the mushrooms by hand, soak in a bowl with 2 dl of the water, leave for at least half an hour
