PS: It COULD also mean: "When is it ok to make love?" but I think the first version is more likely.

When is it ok to love? =to love shows duration or not? Because it matters in greek..

uff, that´s a difficult question because in Danish we don´t make any difference in the verbs between long or short duration.
However, if I were to make a guess, I would say that "to love" shows long duration.
