The way you have spent your time this new year by taking such a trip is wonderful. It's a gift for the rest of your lives and I wish you much more. It's cool that you have joined "Nasza-Klasa". There are things to remember and look back at. Your picture from Medyka is really nice, I gave your regards to Jack, he was happy and he greets you back.

1. Spending the New Year's Day was a past action, so Present Continuous is not the best tense to use there.
2. I'm not sure if "present" is a good word for "pamiÄ…tka". It means something you will remember till the death.
3. Wouldn't "that you've joined Nasza-klasa" be better?
4. "There are great things to keep as memories." This sentence is really wrong, it doesn't correspond to the original meaning.
5. It should be "MEDYK".
6. "Jackowi" is a form of a Polish name "Jacek"
rather than of "Jack".
7. I believe "he told me to give you his love, too" suits there better.

It's cool what that you have joined "Nasza Klasa".
*(There are great things to keep as memories).
So, what should be written here? Work it out.

Your picture from Medyka is really nice, I gave your regards to Jack, he was happy and he greets you back. (Lots of Poles change the name Jackowi and Jacek to Jack in English. Also, in English we don't "give you his love" unless the relationship is very close...sends greeings or greets you back is acceptable here.)
Olesniczanin's observations are fine and provide an alternate translation which might be used as well.

The problem he mentions, and this is the problem that can cause me to reject this translation, is where Olesniczanin says: 4. "There are great things to keep as memories." This sentence is really wrong, it doesn't correspond to the original meaning.

David,

I agree with some things that Oleśniczanin said.
It's cool that you have joined "Nasza Klasa" is the best option here.

For: 'There are great things to keep as memories'
I was thinking of: There are things to remember and look back at. As they intend to remember past actions.. Does it convince?

Medyka I believe is the English name for a Polish village.

There are things to remember and look back at.

Does this work? Olesniczanin?

I think so

Because this is the meaning it has
Probably regarding the picture. They look at the picture and start remembering the past..
It wasn't correctly expressed before, sorry for that.

Hi,

I'm glad you take my remarks into consideration. I don't want you to think I'm picky or something, I just like when the things are clear .

1.-3. The corrections you've made seem fine to me.
4. Right, it's okay now. The previous version was implying that Nasza-klasa was creating new memories to keep in the future. It actually makes people to think about "old good times" .
5. "MEDYKA" is an oblique case of "MEDYK", so "zdjęcie z MEDYKA" = "picture from MEDYK".
6. You are right, Dramati, but it's incorrect. "Jack" is "Janek", not "Jacek". What's more, I don't think that we should translate names, so I would insist on "Jacek".
7. Okay Dramati, after all, you speak English much better than I do .

Also, Polish punctuation rules say that only the first word in a proper name is capitalised (so it should be "Nasza-klasa".

Finally, I still don't know why the title is "Nasza Klaza" .

Regards,
Oleśniczanin

Thank you so much Oleśniczanin for your comments and suggestions. It will be always nice to hear them. You're a Polish native speaker after all and I'm just a learner.

Nasza klaza was a typo and now that it has been accepted I can't correct it.
