'Situation' sounds more neutral here ('condition' sounds like a serious illness); do you think 'situation' might fit here? - usually, in a negative sentence, 'anything' is better than 'something'. If you meant to say 'there is nothing I have to say', the best way here would be 'I don't need to say anything'. - 'that everything would be all right' -> this implies the person hopes that everything is ok now. If he wishes that in the future it will be ok, the way to say this would be 'that everything will be all right'. - 'this is best' sounds more natural than 'this is the best'. 'may everything you wish (for) come true' sounds better than 'may everything that etc'. Could you let me know if you agree with these suggestions?
