The indemnification and advance of expenses authorized herein shall not be exclusive to any other rights to which any manager, member, officer, organizer, employee or agent may be entitled under any by-law, agreement, vote of members or organization shall not be interpreted to limit in any manner the indemnification or right to advancement for expenses of an individual who would otherwise be interpreted as mandanting indemnification and advancement of expenses to the extent permitted by law.

	MÃ¥ddie מספר הודעות: 1285	Hi Ali and Shamy here is the definition of by-law and here a sample of a bussines contract, look at INDEMNIFICATION, art.4 to see an example of an article like the one in the request and maybe figure out where punctuation signs are missing. I don't think there it should be a full stop(.)after by-law. Sometimes the legal texts are like that As much as I can see, besides by-law, which in my opinion refers to an internal regulation, the rest is perfect. I hope this helps! Madeleine
