And even on the net, where I picked-up these lyrics, they seem not to give a damn about diacritics, it was the same today with
some Romanian song, it seems it is very up to date spitting on diacritics nowadays, especially on the internet...

I'm not even necessarily talking about diacritics - the n's are missing, unless you can see them on your screen.

No,there aren't any, but these "ñ" is a specific diacritic on the "n", isn't it?

The Ñ is a Spanish alphabet letter. It is the N with a tilde or "virgulilla" (~).

As Pirulito said the "ñ" is a letter in Spanish, not just an "n" with diacritics. And no native Spanish speaker think about "ñ" as a modified "n". We conceive it in our minds as being a completely autonomous letter, we even have a specific key for it in our keyboards. Besides, since Spanish is the only language that have it in its alphabet (as a grapheme, not as a phoneme), it's usually regarded as a symbol of our language, and as an object of pride.
