you can always say: أنا Ø£Øيا Ùˆ ÙÙŠ أعماقي اØتضرbecause the "waw" in arabic can be used to mean "while" and yeah may be its a bit of a twist, or maybe the second part of your statement is too long, maybe just روØÙŠ تØتضر
