After the explanations of the sixth district investigating judge of the Council of State, who decided on this case, were heard and the documents in the file were examined, the truth of the matter became apparent. In this case, it was decided to cancel the refusal-related procedure number 1952 of 21.6.1996 regarding the structure constructed in the year 1956 on the claimant's 668-parcel property on 4 map sections in Izmir's Güzelbahçe district with the request to be given the title deed assigned to it, because the construction plan of this beach-area property has it on the coastal strip.
