"tout ce qui ressortit", conjugated at the past tense, sounds a bit odd in this text, then I'm wondering wether the verb was well chosen, as personaly I'd rather use "tout ce qui a trait" than "tout ce qui ressort

"tout ce qui ressortit", conjugué au passé simple, sonne un peu bizarre dans ce texte, en plus, je me demande si le verbe a été bien choisi, car personnellement j'aurais plutôt employé "tout ce qui a trait" que "tout ce qui ressort
