OK, you did well removing it for a so short text, when I googled it into English I got "Macedonia Macedonian", I think it means "Macedonia [belongs to] Macedonians", kind of nationalist slogan, unless it is older and it was an independentist slogan... Or maybe is it also about this dispute with Greece about the name "Macedonia" see here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Macedonia#Macedonia_naming_dispute ...
