You told P the right things
What should I do? I am trying to get it that it's over and see how the hell I am going to deal with that so that I won't lose my mind

so you told to P what should I do ? I am trying to come to terms that all is over and see how on earth to deal with it before I lose my mind.

There is no question mark in the end of the first sentence so I would say :

-You told P. the right things.
-What am I supposed to do? I am trying to come to terms with the fact that all is over/to get it that it's all over and see how the hell am I going to deal with that so that I won't lose my mind.

"Did you tell P? What should I do?" should be "Did you ask P what I should do?".

"ΣΚΑΤXXXX" means "shit" so a more close to the style translation would be "how the heck I'm going to".

"χειριστω" means "handle", not "deal" although it's a minor difference.

A better translation for "σαλταρω" could be "flipping out". I'd like to hear someone else's opinion on this though.

"I try to get it that it's over" should be in present continuous in my opinion. Also "get it" means "understand" but that's now what he is trying to do. He is trying to deal with the fact that it's over.

So overall my suggestions are:
"Did you ask P what should I do? I am trying to deal with the fact that everything is over. I have to find a way to handle it without flipping out."

Also I have made this comment before I think: It's not clear if there is a newline between "του Π" and "τι να". If there is a newline then the first sentence in my translation is wrong.

Thanks all!
As there seems to be a new line, I have used User10's suggestion for the first part. I have tried to incorporate the suggestions into one translation
