Here's my (educated) guess (I don't speak Portuguese, but I speak Spanish, and I've got a good dictionary):

pie recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg. of wheat flour
3 eggs
100 g. of coconut fat (?)
150 g. of butter
a pinch of salt

Prepare:
Mix all of the ingredients. Line the pie tins with the dough. Place the filling inside. Cover with dough. Glaze it with one egg yolk. Then bake.
