THE SELL-OUT OF TELECOM WILL BE READY IN THE END OF 2008
The sell-out of Latviaâ€™s telecom company shall be settled in the end of 2008. There is an agreement on that, between the Latvian government and the management for TeliaSonera.
TeliaSonera has confirmed that they are ready to continue the conversation about the proposal that has been put forward by the government. This one presuppose an exchange of shares, so TeliaSonera will take over the states shares in the mobile network operator Latvias Mobilais telefons (LMT) and in exchange, the Swedish-Finnish company will hand over their shares in Lattelecom.

But I'm not sure about one change, I think that "That is, if the Latvian government and the management for TeliaSonera agreed about." must be: "That is the Latvian government and the management for TeliaSonera agreed about." (Not IF, because they are already agreed about it.) May I edit back ?

	gamine 게시물 갯수: 4611	Agree with you . I have voted for because the meaning is okay, but I'll have to admit that I didn't like that sentence neither: I would just have said : " that is what the Latvian etc", but not " if" because in the Swedish version it isn't written.

If you use " seing at" I 'd say : " shall be settled at the end of 2008, seeing that the Latvian government and the management for TeliaSonera agreed about it". But you are much better at English than I am, so I can only give you my comments, but it's you who MUST decide. Lilian , YOU are the expert!!!! Smile.
