NO 'på år 6' is not a common way of writing
(I've never heard)about age.
'på 6 år' = in 6 years, BUT
I'm almost sure the requester means her age,
I think(?) you could say at 6 years old, or rather SHE WAS 6 years. | | |

I dont understand what they are pointing at,

It's kind of counter-intuitive, too, because the source text is on the right and the translation on the left, which is the opposite of the way anybody who isn't Arabic usually reads! | | |
