Is to be applied once or twice a day along with application either spray or foam 2 times a day,gg is totally water soluble and easily absorbed. Apply quarter size amount all over the scalp. If you are using just in particular areas, apply a dime sized amount. Place in palm of hand and rub gently into scalp where you want the hair to grow with fingers of other hand. It does not need to be rubbed in vigorously.
(Usage rate for 2 month supply is at one pump per day at 1 ml for a total of 60 ml.
