My boyfriend has been surfing for years. He is a fan of yours and has been watching you all the time. His birthday is on November 10. I want to give him a present. This is the first birthday we are celebrating together and could you help me with that meaningful present? You might be laughing at me while you are reading these. Perhaps I am talking nonsense but I am asking for your help. Is it possible that you sign on a T-shirt or any other accessory you have worn while surfing and send it to us?
I am sure that you get this kind of mails all the time. But please keep this one special to you.

Hi serba,

This looks good. There are a few adjustments do be made, though.

"Could you be involved to this meaningful present because this will be the first birthday to celebrate together."
What do you mean? Is this a question? Perhaps it can be inverted:
"This is the first birthday we are celebrating together and you could help me with that present"

"I am asking for help from you" would read better as: "I'm asking for you help"

"Is it possible that you will sign on it and send to us one of your t-shirt or any other accessory that you use while surfing ?"

This should read:

Is it possible that you sign on a T-shirt or any other accessory you have worn while surfing and send it to us?

you are having ---> you get
keep this mail ---> keep this one

What do you think?
