Apart from the fact all first letters of each word in this text put together make "vitriol", what I was wondering was whether "invennies" was a conjugated verb, (from "invĕnĭo, īre, vēni, ventum ", and whether the whole sentence makes sense, and also whether "rectificando" is the gerundive from an existing verb in Latin(couldn't find any "rectifio" nor any "rectifico" in my online dictionary)

Could you help, dear experts in Latin?

Thanks a lot!

There is one typo here, dear Francky.
"Visita interiora terrae rectificando invenies occultum lapidem" [no double "n"]

Actually we have two verbs here:
"visita" - imperative from "visitare"
"invenies" - futurum from "invenire" just like you suggested above.

"Rectificando" - gerund from "rectifico, rectificare, rectificavi, rectificatus" - rectify, regulate...

Bridge:
"Visit the depths of the earth, through/by purification (or: by purificating yourself), (where) you will find the hidden stone"

or like others translate:
"Visit the interior of the Earth, in rectifying you will discover the hidden stone"

Ok, thanks.

I think the bridge above can be useful.
