Last messages | | | | | 4 June 2007 10:52 | | | Hello, beso-csk, I'm the one who submited this Arabic text to translation into English, in order to evaluate the French translation of the same text. But I noticed that French and English translations were slightly different one from another, so please could you tell if you translated this short sentence strictly as it was, I mean, in the French translation, there is no verb, and in yours there is one, this is why I'm wondering which one of the two is the closer to the original text.
OK, the meaning remains the same, using the verb or not using it, but if it was yours which as the most precise, I'd edit the French one using the verb as well. Please just tell me, thanks! | | | 4 June 2007 13:24 | | | dear francky i hv translate ur short sentence strictly as it was

(The French translation didn't use any verb, OK it means the same, but if there was a verb,it should have been noticed that there was one by the translator into French. French translation is "début du compte à rebours", which means "starting of the countdown" | | | 4 June 2007 15:00 | | | i'm sorry that i can't help u in french translation i wish i was able to
