I love to listen to music, I love to spend my time with my friends, I enjoy people with positive attitude, humorous…..actually I am not really sure how to describe myself. I usually say all the best about myself. What do you do, how old are you?

Lakil, maybe it would sound better "I love LISTENING to the music...". What do you think?

I think maki has a point here.
The first sentence would read "lighter" if it was:
"I love listening to music, spending time with my friends..."

No, I think it is fine.Present tense is used to describe things/stuff one loves to usually do..... Instead of hese commas, the author should have actually use points, but I left it the way I found it...Thanks for your imput.

Hi lakil, I think you misunderstood my suggestion.
I don't want you to change the verb tense "I love", of course we need a Simple Present here, what we are suggesting is using the present participles "listening" and "spending" after the verb love.
Verbs after: love, like, enjoy, etc usually take the -ing form when they refer to activities we care for.
It's a lot more common in English saying "I love listening to music" instead of "I love to listen to music".

Anyway I'm not saying your sentence isn't correct.
