L'Ã©cran LCD est dÃ©fectueux et je souhaite contacter le vendeur pour: - soit bÃ©nÃ©ficier d'un Ã©change de l'Ã©cran LCd. - soit un remboursement de toute la commande. la boutique du vendeur est Allemande apparemment je souhaite donc lui envoyer un mail en Anglais (britannique) et en allemand(je n'ai pas assez de points). merci. je reste disponible pour toute information complÃ©mentaire.

I've received the package including the LCD and touch screens and I thank you.
However, the LCD screen is defective.
Should I send you only this defective screen to exchange or should I return both the LCD screen and the touch screen for a refund of the whole purchase?

I'd be glad if you inform me the procedure to follow.

	Majax चिठ्ठीको सङ्ख्या: 17	I'm just being picky about the verb tenses, the idea and sentences are very well-done in my opinion. I would have rather said : - "I've received" instead of "I received" - "I'm thanking you for that" instead of "I thank you" - "I'd be glad if you informed me what procedure to follow" instead of "I'd be glad if you inform me what to do". But the work was done anyway with your traduction, so well-done !
