would it be correct to say "welcome to call center***"? (in all the dictionaries I found "send telegram"

致电 的意思在这里确实是打电话,因为铃音是现代电话拨号过程中的附加功能。

Hi pluiepoco,

If you write your comments in English it will be possible for me to understand them. OK?

Dear Lilian, Pluiepoco is explaining me that the words translated by me into "send telegrams" actaly in contemporary Chinese changed the meaning into "call" (like telephone call), but the text is interupted right there and I don't know what follows, maybe the name of the company. The explanation provided by the requester says that it is "the call voice of a company". That's why I don't know how to translate this "call". Any idea?

Actualy, the requester said (the second message) just to forget about that "call" and write only "welcome to...". If everybody agrees, I can do that

Hi, Nancyya. The requester doesn't want "to call", he prefers without. "Takes hope for you" - I've never heard, anyway in Chinese is written like I translated, an English mother tongue speaker can tell us if it really makes sense the way I translated (for me it does). With the last part I agree, but I'm not sure you can say "the call is reaching successfully". I hope Lilian can help us

You are right Oana F.

Maybe you can just take out that "the" before success.

The last part is the problem. Nancy and Pluiepoco have too different versions.

Oana F., your trnaslation is literally OK, except the last phrase "reach success"; in this regard, I prefer to leo's solution "make you success".

It is not "our cordial service" that reach(es) sucess, but "you".

Hi everybody.
"sincere service" doesn't sound well in English (a person or advice can be sincere, but not a service), so I tried to find the closest meaning. "Cordial" involves friendly and sincere both meanings and I think it goes better with "service".
"reach success" - I know there is not "the service" which reaches success, otherwise I would have used the third person form "reaches". Probably, if I use a "you" before "reach" is more understandable. What do you think? I am grateful that you, Leo 23849 and the others, participate to the discussion, but I really do not agree with the English used by you.
One question: if my translation is litteraly ok and let's say that an English expert decides that also the English used in the translation is ok, where is the problem? There is nowhere written "I hope I would open...", is written very clearly "let me open...", but as we speak about a service, I cannot translate like that, so I said "let US..." .
So, what do you think (including Lilian), if I add a "you" before "reach" (or "will reach" in that case), would it make more sense in English?

Hi Oana F,

Bearing in mind all the suggestions and remarks people made, I guess the best solution for that ending part would be:
"...Let our cordial service open the door of hope and lead you to success".

What do you think?
