Hey all,
I think 7) is "do not reproach/criticize a subordinate in the presence of third parties". As in, "I'd like to draw your attention to this corner, Mrs Brown, it is extremely badly mopped". You know?

the meaning is correct as a whole, but there is some imprecision at point 7). the problem is "do not draw attention of a subordinate": I think it should be rather: "do not comment upon a subordinate". The Polish version is ambiguous as far as the word "uwaga/nie rób uwag" is concerned, although in the context the word itself is more like "remark" not "attention".

That's right, it's about criticising a subordinate .

7) Do not make any indication to a subordinate in the presence of a third part (formal)/ person (informal, more common). The other part is well translated.

Okay guys.

I edited with "do not criticize"

Thanks for helping with those ambiguous terms.
