It is translated in a very "literal" manner, there are certain things that an English native person will not be able to really understand, and others that they will find very amusing. I would never, for instance, retain the "thank God" in the second sentence, especially if the message is aimed to a person in the US. The wordings in "time is short..." can be severely improved, maybe with "... and we are lacking time to be able to cope with it". "Photos" is ok, but I believe "Pics" sounds better. "I apologize for the delay...." is also ok, but natives would say "I am sorry that I took so long to answer you". The major mistake in this translation is in "Give a hug to...", which natives would really find very weird, because for them it sounds like you are telling them to go and hug people, and not to tell others that someone has sent them his regards. Use: "Please send my best regards to everybody else, ok?". Next, i would say "I want to send you a proper message really soon". There's more
