1) I don't think that "dell’operazione per quanto riguarda l’acquisizione di uno stabilimento" = "with reference to the purchasing operation of an establishment." I think it should be something like "of the operation as far as it regards the acquisition of a business."

2) Could "dichiarazioni" be "declarations".

3) "considers of predictable character the search of goals" --> ???

4) "circa obiettivi e risultati economico-gestionali" is not "the search of goals and economically manageable results". It should be something like "about objectives and economic-managerial results".

5) "società di gestione" is not just "management", is it?

1- regarding the adquisition of an establishment (I think it doesn't refer to the business, but to the building)
2- dichiarazioni, can be declarations.
3- What the sentence means : the search of goals and results which are manageable, is obvious, expected, logical, however may not succeed because of some facts, unpredictable at the moment.
4- società di gestione is just management. (remember: English is the succinct language, latin languages use too many words to say the same thing)
This must be part of some kind of legal contract, and you know how confusing lawyers may be when redacting a document!!!
