Johanna, can I ask you which is the word that you translated with "into"? ( ...innovation in transition, into national Ministry of Science... )

Well,...转入 is the word. Actually I should change "into" with "switched to".

Dramati, please feel free to reject this, on the grounds of its English.
This seems to me to be very-slightly-polished mechanical translation...

Translation software, even the most famous ones, makes A LOT OF MISTAKES. In my opinion, the best way to do a translation efficiently is to use one of the acceptable translation software to do the basic translation. Then, an expert will utilize his/her expertise to correct the mistakes. In 1995, I was in charge of my company's China Projects. The first thing I did was to scrap about US$1 million worth of legal, contractual and technical translations done by three of the top law firms in Hong Kong. The reason was very simple. Some of their translators were good in English, while others were good in Chinese, but none was good in both. After working in the U.S. for more than 35 years, and served as one of the viewers for several professional magazines, I have developed a good understanding of English and I was good in Chinese in the first place. I do not agree with the comments made by some "reviwers."

Fch, did you see the first conversation between Johanna and me? If she knows what is written in Chinese she could provide some explanations to us and everything will be ok
