Hi Lori, how are you? I haven't written recently but I have quite a lot of work and besides that, Ramona and I went to the seaside and, as you probably know, we had a good time. How is Hans? I and my entire family hope everything is alright and that he recovers completely. Greetings to all.

Hi evol,

I think what you mean by that 'soon' is probably: 'often', and 'but' should be: 'because'.
There are other corrections, so I think I'd better show them to you in bold to save time. Here they are:

Hi Lori, how are you? I haven't written often because I have quite a lot of work and besides that, Ramona and I went to the seaside and, as you probably know, we had a good time. How is Hans? I and my entire family hope everything is alright and that he recovers completely. Greetings to all.

What do you think?

Yes, you're right about the corrections except for "...I haven't written often because I have..." (because "скоро" means "soon" or "recently" and "но" means "but" ). However now I see that it should be "recently" instead of "soon". I'll correct it. Thanx for the message.

Oh, now it makes sense:
"I haven't written recently..."

However you left some faulty parts, please, have another look at the corrections I posted, paying attention to the commas and syntax.

Isn't it "all right" instead of "alright"?

Any of them would be correct, Via.
