Target language: English

I don't give a crap, of course.
You've realized, of course, that I have caught a slight cold.
Remarks about the translation
A literal translation of the first sentence would be "I crapped my pants, of course." It could also be a pun playing with the fact that he has caught a cold, and therefore: he doesn't give a crap. / craps his pants. I've also put some commas that were missing even from the original text.

Jeanmarat this is what I proposed in my remarks about my translation as an alternative. But I think it means he literally crapped his pants because he then goes on to say that he has caught a cold.

I've asked khalili to give us more context but she didn't answer so I wen't on with the literal translation.

Also, I think that "I have a bit of a cold" (present) isn't the same tense as "έχω ψιλοκρυώσει" (παρακείμενος). I'm not really sure though about that.
