What do you say for,
to fall in love means to die and I died because I loved. | | | 2010年 二月 6日 23:32 | | | Hum...that sounds fine to me, but is that what the original says?
Sunny?

Merdogan, where did you see "to fall in love means to die"? Then on Turkish it would be: "Sevmek ölmek tir", not "Sevmek ölmek gibidir". And "ölmeden önce" means: " before I died", not " because I died". CC: merdogan | | | 2010年 二月 7日 00:29 | | | Dear Sunnybebek,
Is it possible definitely to translate of an idiom?
Somebody want to say "he/she died because he/she loved" and "before" isn't important. At least it is an idiom. (ofcouse for me)
it is for me,
"to fall in love means like to die and I died because I loved. " | | | 2010年 二月 7日 00:54 | | | Hi everyone,
I think here we should use "before" because the point is already here. She tries to say that "I loved before I died because loving means dying. And when I love someone, I die..."
So I think Sunny's translation is right: Only we might say: "Love is like dying, I had also loved before I died." |
