Could somebody please translate the note under the Italian original into English? "Change" just doesn't seem right to me, but I need to know what the context is.

si tratta di un testo giuridico, e la parola è qui riferita ad una società affiliata cinese, potrebbe essere "riorganizzazione", "riassetto" o simile...

Well, I'm not expert in this kind of things, but I think the meaning can be a Chinese company or firm wich is a "partner" of another (German?) company, maybe.

OK - if it's a company, then "reorganization" is right in English. I'm not sure that the French is correct, though.
