Ancak turistik giriş yapmak için vize almaları gerekir. Transit geçmek için gelir ve 5 gun kalırsa giriş yaptıgı sınır kapısından degil, Turkiye’ye gidiş yolu üzerindeki herhangi baska bir sınır kapısından cıkıs yapması gerekir.

Sorry, I had to wait a bit to be sure of my translation because I'm not very good at English and there are some complex words which I didn't know how to say in English.
To go to Turkey, people of Turkish nationality living in European Union countries (in Poland) can pass through Romania without exceeding 5 days. They have to acquire a visa only to make a tourist entrance. If they come in order to pass through, and stay 5 days, they won’t be able to go out by the same border door they entered but by any other border door which is on the road going to Turkey.
