Hi alex!
I don't understand why you chose pro + ablative here. Would you mind explain me, so I can evaluate your translation?
Many thanks in advances.

Serena

I'm not surprised, I found it difficult to translate this request. At first I thought of giving up, but it wouldn't have been fair after having annoyed Pia in that way , so I tried to do a decent translation.

I don't know if here I can use pro+ABL. I though it may have the meaning "for / in advantage of".
The phrase sounds strange to me, so feel free to reject it if needed.

Alex (happened to read your posts here) YOU are never annoying! Please, ask one more time if something is unclear -my English is not perfect.

Hej Pia,

kan du komma på någon bättre bro/ förklaring än den jag gav under källtexten? Stort tack

Hej Pia. I know, I'm just jumping in again, but saw your post too. Know I'm not native but what about: 'I have so much in life worth to live for'.

I was just joking, Pia! Do not worry

Your explanation was exhaustive indeed, I caught the meaning of the source text. Thank you again for your collaboration, dear
My problem is the Latin text, as I cannot find neither the right syntax nor the right words to translate this expression. I think it is not fair to ask someone for help and then give up, so I tried to translate the same.
I should have called Serena or Aneta and leave the translation to them, I guess.

However, if the other Pia can help, she's welcome.

Alex: Good But I wasn't kidding!!! It's always better to ask twice than to be in doubt. I agree with you, let's wait for Pia's opinion, it might help to find the right words in Latin.

Lene: Thaanks for jumping in =) You might not be a native -but since you have lived here, I guess you know the language pretty well. You have been of great help before!

Um... there is no 'SO' and no 'WORTH' in the original, the meaning is right - but to me it sounds like a 'stronger statement' if you put those words in the sentence. (The bridge in the note is just a literal one, another option could be: "I have a lot to live for in life." )

Hi again Pia. Yes, you are right SO is to strong. But I like your second proposal 'I have a lot to live for in life.'
And NOW I'll stop and let you, Swedish experts
do you job, which you always do very well.
