"Saçın hep yüzünü kapatıyor. Bazen saçını arkaya atıp, başını bana çeviriyorsun. Yüzünü görünce her defasında "Bu kadın bu kadar güzel miydi?" diyorum."
I tuoi capelli coprono sempre il tuo viso. A volte ti metti i capelli dietro, e ti volti verso me. Ogni volta che vedo il tuo viso, dico: "Questa donna era così bella?"
Your hair always covers your face. You sometimes throw your hair back and turn your face to me. Every time I see your face, I say (to myself) "Was this woman so beautiful?"
There is not any word like "to myself" but I wanted to add it to give the meaning better. Hope it is useful. See you
I changed "Questa donna è stata così bella?" with "Questa donna era così bella?" because "to be beautiful" is a continuous action, not a punctual action (you can't be beautiful for a moment, but you can be beautiful for some time).
A continuous action in the past, in Italian is expressed by the tempo imperfetto ( "era" ), while the tempo passato prossimo ( "è stata" ) expresses a punctual action in the past.
