kafetzou, I got this text above given as Romani language, its translation is as follows :

"Puri dad muro nous parlait de notre peuple, les lovara-grastari. Ma mémoire du passé est la mémoire de son propre grand-père. Nous venions de Hongrie... son pays de naissance. Nos kumpania n’ont pas beaucoup changé depuis. Les chevaux galopent sur des routes de terre à travers les champs, soulevant des tonnes de poussières. Les caravanes se découpent sur le paysage. La nuit tombe nous faisons des camps. Des amis, frères, soeurs, parents se retrouvent, d’immenses feux s’allument, les chants s’élèvent, les danses envoûtent, la nourriture et boissons abondent, ce sont les patchiv. Rires aux éclats, jouer, courir, danser, nos enfants sont comme des milliers dans le monde. L’hiver nous paralyse, la faim nous pousse à mendier, pourtant nous sommes humains..."

I got this text HERE (scroll down at 3/4 of the page) and I submitted it intentionnaly, just to see wether we had some Romani speaking members on cucumis or not (it seems we haven't any, unfortunately...)

jp, this language (Romany/Romani/Rromanes) really needs to be added to our list - otherwise there's no way to know if we already have members who can read it.
