Hi efozdel,

According to your own words in this thread the Turkish line means that "the more the effort, the more the results" or something similar.
This English saying has a different meaning.
Why have you changed your mind?

I have found a text about proverbs,it shows me these proverbs are similar to each other ,, like if you pay ,, or if you work more you can get more ,, ,,that is to say ,, I have seen similar ,,

I don't agree with that understanding . The English saying you refer has a complete different meaning it has nothing to do with effort, but with power. I'm sorry I'll have to reject this new version. I think you should stop trying to find a similar saying and translate the line literally as I posted on the message above.

By the way the only quite similar saying in meaning would be:
"The early bird catches the worm".

come on ,, "The early bird catches the worm" means in Turkish "sona kalan dona kalır" ,, it doesnt make sense ,, because it means in Turkish if you are on the last position in a race ,you cannot get anything ,,

I think "the text about proverbs" you found has some wrong information efozdel.
"The early bird catches the worm" means that someone who makes more effort than the others gets better things.

then we should not try to translate like a proverb ,, since I cannot find a proverb which carries same meaning,,

That's what I was trying to say!

I'll let you edit this one instead of rejecting it, OK?

this is not an idiom
this is a made up sentence
if we translate it word by word

the more smoke the more productivity

thank you lilian canale ,, this is the best and shortest furthermore we cannot translate it word by word since when we translate it word by word , english speakers will not understand it but now everybody can understand easily ,,
