"kalpten gelen özel bir hediyeye sahipsin."

Could you tell me if there is something wrong with the first sentence; "...and even more and than the things between me and you are only for us." What is trying to be said here?

İngilizce metindeki ufak hatalardan dolayı Türkçe çevirimizideki ilk cümleyi de biraz değiştirmemiz gerekecek ve bence şu şekilde çevrilebilir:
