Neste trecho "ao cinema do sonho" está estranho, há outra forma de traduzi-lo?

"Digo-lhe: "É realmente você; o tempo me pareceu tão longo!"..."

"Eu preciso de você para ser de maneira melhor o que eu sou." Esse trecho também está estranho, você quis dizer algo como "Eu preciso de você para ser melhor do que eu sou(agora)."

Culpa minha, às vezes eu confundo o Português brasileiro com o Português europeu.

- "ao cinema do sonho" está estranho em Francês também. Por isso traduzi palavra por palavra. Acho que quer dizer "ao cinema daquel sonho", como se o cantor falasse dum sonho que já fez.

- "Eu preciso de você para ser melhor do que eu sou(agora)."
Tentei dizer isso: "I need you to be (in a) better (way) what I am".
Como se agora o cantor não fora exatamente o que é e precisasse da sua namorada para ser otimamente ele mesmo.
Me diga se não fui claro.
