Bridge by...? | | | 26 rugsėjis 2012 15:21 | | | No bridge, Lilian. My eldest son lives in Barcelone and I understand quite much Spanish when I read it and speak it but can't translate to Spanish.
The same is true for Portuguese - But I wouldn't dare, at least for the moment, translate to long sentences

Apart from a typo in the title ("beaty" ), I have to disagree with one point (perhaps subtle, but important nonetheless): in the original Spanish sentence "chiquita" is the substantive and "linda" the adjective; so the right rendering into English would be "my pretty little one" or "my pretty little girl" or something of the sort, and not "my little beauty".
I try and hope to be just useful and not disturbing anybody !
| | | 26 rugsėjis 2012 20:50 | | | Hi dear Lev. You know you don't disturb us, of course. Funny, because before translation I had been thinking of this adjective. Nevertheless, decided to translate it, the only way to to learn more.
Thanks for your help.
Lilian.?
