This is how I was infected by a virus sent from another person. Now I have to quit MSN. May I ask if any one of you knows how to remove this virus? Thanks!

This is the way I am attacked by virus from other person. Now I have to quit MSN. May I ask, if any one of you knows how to remove this virus? Thanks!
