Is it "separated words translation" or a phrase?

It seems to me separated words, maybe some cases of the pronoun mikä, but I am not sure.

He changed to "I love you": a pop. phrase.(before mitä missä miloin)
But how to translate the title?

He is a she, casper. Her name is Natalia. She's a Spanish speaker and her husband is a Finnish speaker. She needs help communicating with him.

It would not be very hard (my guess) to translate the title. It would need a big explanation about cases of finnish.

The title might refer to a book which is published every year and contains a lot of detailed information what as happened during the year. (mitä, missä, milloin = qué, dónde, cuando) Reference might also be only to a game of questions and answers.
