Application Oneness at The Technical Legistlation and The Inspection of The Foreign Trade
In the foreign trade the application oneness for the technical arrangements, standards, the conformity assesment and the coordination, prosecution, announcement and transparency of determinations is supplied according to this judgment.
The arrangements about all kinds of documents and marks like control ticket, certificate of conformity, type instrument of ratification, the marks as " CE " sign or " e " sign which show the agreeableness accordingly relevant legistlation of a product - for importation or exportation - , are notified by the relevant establishments to the undersecretariat for adapted to foreign trade system with the regulations and communiques which will be published relying on this judgment.
