It's a bit problematic. I think some words or endings are missing. I'll give the English version:
"Nostalgia is a Past(noun, ???) love that hasn't gone yet, is to deny (3rd singular, we would use 2nd plural according to the following "us" ) a present that hurts us, can't see (again 3d singular) the future that is calling us."
