There's so much to lose! But it's over, and now I realize how great it was that you passed by me. How thankful I should be to God!
At least, I want you to exist around me; just by knowing that you exist...You are like a drug! I go cold turkey from you, anyway I need you in my days and although you are harmful to my physical and mental health sometimes...What a shot I'd have taken from you for a few days! And it's that since I've invested so much strength, so much love, so much energy and hope in you, if you disappeared, you'd leave an irreparable emptiness.

However, I would like to make a few minor corrections, Lilly. I believe "I go cold turkey from you" should be changed to "I'm hooked on you" or "I'm addicted to you."--both are more common in English and still maintain the idea of how this person is like a drug for the other. Also, "I need you in my days" and "so much energy and hope in you." What do you think?

It does not say "I'm addicted to you" but something like: "All of a sudden I don't have you anymore", that's why I chose the expression "go cold turkey" like I was forced to abstinence. See what I mean? About those "in", I agree.

Now in regards to the translation, I see what you mean. So really you're talking about cold turkey in the sense of this person going through somewhat of a "withdrawal", yes? In that case I agree.
