Γεια σου, Βιβή

Επειδή το "χρόνια πολλά" δεν έχει ακριβώς αντίστοιχη έκφραση στ'αγγλικά το μετέφρασα ως "Καλά Χριστούγεννα και Ευτυχισμένο το Νέο Έτος". Αν εννοείς κάτι άλλο πέστο μου να το διορθώσω.
